deus ex machina

Thank god it was only a dream. It felt so real.

I dreamt that i was held up in a massive traffic jam. No vehicle could move. I dismounted from my bike to see whats the commotion was all about just metres away.

From nowhere, a man ran off with my bike. It was negligence on my part for leaving the key unattended.

I was so afraid to let my parents know what happened as this is not the first time.

Their voices ran over my head over and over again.

When i woke up, i realised that this dream is about how much i missed them. Mum called me last night but it wasn't convenient to talk.

Call me again mum, dad. I miss you.
