when will i covet no more?

i'm not living in penury, nor do i painstakingly make ends meet. but i always envy those who are in a better economic situation than i am. especially those who earns passive income. money is instrument to liberty.

imagine without directly committing to any activity, u constantly reap money. let's not be ambitious. say, u get 400 quids for renting out ur 'god knows wat'. isn't that great?! that 400 quids can be used to pay my bills and shopping, and for urself, it's up to your own discretion.

let's now be ambitious, imagine my passive income is large, my train of thoughts will be as follows;

1. where shall i fly to this month, siem reap or marrakech?
2. british airways, or singapore airlines?
3. to buy an audi tt, or lexus rx300?
4. weekend... scuba diving, or something much less adventurous, like spa?

these are choices which rich people are thinking off. and one thing for sure, rich people do not work. people work for them. they do not have an office to report from nine to five. they do not have hours to clock, weekly or monthly. THEY EARN PASSIVE INCOME!!!

my dad worked all his life. to support the family, and he still is working, to support the family. i admire him for his hard work, but deep inside, i know, i do not wish to work all my life.

i do have some vague ideas as to how to get passive income, i shall charge all those who read this blog at a rate.(haha, kidding! btw, many gracias to blogger to make this free of charge, to millions of us) really, i do have some vague ideas, but of course, i will not reveal. but like most of us, i do not dare, or at least not yet, to break from the comfort zone. security and stability, so to speak.
